It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 21.04.2024, 01:35, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Timișoara Branch, Arad - Oradea section (double line, non-electrified), between the CFR Sântana and Utvinișu Nou stations, on track II, at km 9+300, during the movement of freight train no.66290-020. (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA), when a fire broke out in the locomotive DA 1544 in tow.

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident on 21.04. 2024, at 11:45 a.m., within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Brașov, on the traffic section Bartolomeu - Zărnești (non-electrified single line), between the CFR Bartolomeu station and the Cristian stop, by hitting the inductor of the signal level crossing equipped with automatic road signalling installation with BAT type semibayer at km 5+948, by the inductor of the VT 02 car engine which formed the Regio passenger train no.11377. (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Regio Călători SRL).

It has been decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 16.04.2024 19:51 hours, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanta, on the traffic section Ciulnița - Fetești, (electrified double line) in the station CFR Jegălia, by hitting the counterweight of the compensation of the LC SH 59 pole located at km.127 +800 by the door of wagon No.61538487004-9 of passenger train No.1887 (belonging to the railway passenger transport operator SNTFC ,,CFR CĂLĂTORI" SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 10.02.2024, 13:19 hours, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Bucharest Branch, on the Rădulești - Giurgiu Nord traffic section, in the CFR Toporu station, by hitting the drawbar of the track unit no.1. by the residue collection tank, detached from DA 1541, which towed freight train No 56380 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding the railway accident that occurred on 28.03.2023, 06:20, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Craiova Branch, Băbeni - Alunu section (non-electrified single line), between CFR Berbești station and Popești Vâlcea stop, at km 21+030, during the movement of freight train no.60566. (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFM "CFR Marfă" SA), by derailing from the first axle, in the direction of travel, the pusher locomotive DA 1129.

It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 25.03.2023, at around 19:20, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Galati, at the CFR Galati station, during the shunting of locomotive EC 91530430128-5 (belonging to the Galati depot), on line no.4. occupied by passenger car No 50532616090-8, in order to form passenger train Regio 7576, by violently ramming the passenger car by this locomotive, resulting in the death of a person.

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway incident occurred on 17.09.2023, 06:07 am, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Craiova Branch, Filiași - Craiova traffic section (electrified double line), at the CFR Cernele station, by dropping the locomotive LEMA 063 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC Vest Trans Rail SRL), which was parked at line no.11 and its engagement on the current line Cernele - Ișalnița.
