In the case of the railway incident that occurred on 12.09.2025, at 05:14, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional Railway Branch, Ploiești Sud – Măneciu traffic section, at the Ploiești Nord railway station, upon the arrival of passenger train no. 10240012 consisting of AMX 3220, (belonging to the railway transport operator Transferoviar Călători SRL), on line no. 2, occupied by locomotive EA 817 (belonging to the railway transport operator Grup Feroviar Român SA).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on 10.09.2025, at 19:10, within the area of ​​activity of the Constanța Regional Railway Branch, Bucharest - Fetești traffic section, in Hm Dor Mărunt, by hitting the cover of the switch operating mechanism no. 10 by an inductor detached from the EA 050 locomotive that towed the freight train no. 67612 (belonging to the railway transport operator Expres Forwarding SRL).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 08.09.2025, within the area of activity of the Iași Regional Railway Branch, Verești traffic section - Botoșani, between the Leorda halt and the CFR Botoșani station, at km 34+680, involving passenger train no. 5578 008 (belonging to the railway transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA), by starting a fire in the DHC 190 locomotive towing the train.
