It was decided to open an investigation into the rail accident that occurred on June 28, 2026, at 7:03 p.m., within the area of operation of the CF Cluj Regional Branch, on the Beclean pe Someș–Ilva Mică section (single-track, electrified line), when passenger train No. 10535, consisting of railcar DW 607 (belonging to the rail transport operator Interregional Călători SRL), was being parked at the CFR Salva station, due to a fire that broke out in the second car near the exhaust system.

It was decided to open an investigation into the train accident that occurred on June 27, 2026, at 10:10 a.m., within the area of operation of the Bucharest Regional Branch of the Romanian Railways (CF), Bucharest North Traffic Section — Videle (double-track electrified line), at the CFR Bucureștii Noi station, on Track 2C, at km 0+272, caused by the derailment of the first axle in the direction of travel of locomotive EA 1086, which was hauling freight train No. 48525 026 (belonging to the rail transport operator Constantin Grup Rail Logistic SRL).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on June 23, 2026, at 1:52 p.m., within the area of operation of the Bucharest Regional Railway Branch, Ploiești Sud Traffic Section – Buzău (double-track electrified line) at the CFR Ploiești Est station, when freight train No. 66900, hauled by locomotive ES 003 (belonging to the freight rail operator CER Fersped), passed the Y8P proceed signal, which ordered it to stop.
