It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident that occurred on 20.10.2024, at 11:42, within the activity radius of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, on the Videle - Bucharest North (electrified double line), in Hm. Vadu Lat, by hitting the inductors of 500Hz signal YF and 1000/2000 Hz signal Pr YF, by the vertical damper 2 of locomotive EA 789 which towed passenger train no.9002 (belonging to the railway operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 19.10.2024, at 01:12, within the radius of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Branch, Titu - Târgoviște section (double line, non-electrified), between CFR Nucet and Târgoviște stations, on the first line of the line, at km 29+850, during the movement of freight train no. 666251 (belonging to SC Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania SRL), by causing a fire in locomotive DA 011, which was being towed by the train.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident occurred on 16.06.2024, and reported on 10.07.2024, within the radius of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Roșiori Nord - Caracal traffic section, on the distance Fărcașele - Caracal and found during the reading and interpretation of IVMS data of locomotive EA 006, regarding the exceeding of the maximum speed set by the movement order from km 153+900 to km 155+300, by freight train no. 67204015 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC Vest Trans Rail SRL).

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident occurred on 26.04.2024 at 11:50 am, within the area of activity of the CF Cluj Regional Branch, Dej Călători - Apahida traffic section (electrified double line), between CFR Dej Călători and Gherla stations, when the DHC 473 locomotive, which was running idle, hit an object in the gauge of freight train no.66717025 (belonging to SC Unicom Tranzit SA).

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway accident occurred on 14.11.2023, 12:45, within the area of activity of the Regional Railway Branch Timisoara, section Timisoara - Arad (electrified single line), at the exit of CFR Aradu Nou station, on line 3 at km 51+654, during the movement of freight train no.66653013 (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA), by derailing 6 tank wagons loaded with diesel (from the 3rd to the 8th wagon of the composition).

It was decided to open an investigation for the rail incident occurred on 07.06. 2024 at 07:40, within the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, on the Rădulești - Giurgiu Nord traffic section, (non-electrified single line) in the CFR Rădulești station, by the striking of the lower gear drum in the clearance gauge of locomotive DA 1402 (belonging to the rail freight operator SNTFM ,,CFR Marfă" SA), by locomotive DA 1680 towing freight train no.64054006 (belonging to rail freight operator SC United Railways SRL).
