It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on 20.09.2023, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Branch, Videle - Roșiori traffic section, on the distance Videle - R1 Videle, and that was observed during the reading and interpretation of the IVMS data of locomotive EA 364 belonging to the Bucharest Passenger Depot, regarding the exceeding of the maximum permitted speed set in the journey book, by passenger train no.9911. towed by locomotive EA 364 (belonging to the rail passenger transport operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA).

It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 17.09.2023, 06:07 am, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Craiova Branch, Filiași - Craiova traffic section (electrified double line), at the CFR Cernele station, by dropping the locomotive LEMA 063 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC Vest Trans Rail SRL), which was parked at line no.11 and its engagement on the current line Cernele - Ișalnița.

It has been decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 10.09.2023, 13:05, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Constanta Branch, Constanta Mărfuri - Capu Midia traffic section (non-interoperable section, managed by SC Grup Feroviar Român SA - single line, non-electrified), at Capu Midia station, at km.0 + 160, in the movement of freight train No 67055010 (belonging to the railway operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA), towed by locomotive DA 216, by derailing the locomotive from the first two axles.
