Latest Open Investigations

13.07.2025

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 13.07.2025, at 15:10, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Bucharest Branch, Bucharest North - Videle (electrified double line), in the CFR Bucharest Noi station, on line 2C, at km 0+483.5, by derailment of the first axle in the direction of travel, from the locomotive LEMA 014 towing freight train LEMA 014 No.66528 011 (belonging to the rail operator Deutsche Bahn Cargo Romania SRL).

13.07.2025

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident that occurred on 13.07.2025, at 01:20, in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanța, Ciulnița-București section (electrified double line), on the first line of the line at km 85+300 between the stops Dor Mărunt and Dragos-Vodă, during the movement of freight train no.60198 012 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFM ,,CFR Marfă" SA), by starting a fire in the locomotive DA 1362 towing the train.

It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 05.07.2025, at 18:38, within the area of activity of the Bucharest Regional CF Bucharest Branch, Bucharest - Ciulnița traffic section (electrified double line), in the Pajura station, by erroneously executing the crossing of the passenger train Regio no.11506 (belonging to the rail transport operator Astra Trans Carpatic SRL), to the CF Chitila station instead of Bucharest North.
