It was decided to open an investigation into the railway accident occurred on 14.04.2025, at 02:20, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Târgu Jiu - Filiași traffic section, in the CFR Turceni station, in the movement of freight train no. 57106012 (belonging to the rail freight operator SC CARGO TRANS VAGON SA), by derailment of wagon no. 338739028714, the 9th wagon of the train composition, from the first axle of the second bogie in the direction of travel.

It was decided to open an investigation for the railway incident occurred on 05.04.2025, at 17:30, on the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Brasov, on the section of Brașov-Vânători (electrified double line), between the stops Racoș and Mureni, by hitting several inductors of the track, by a rope coming from the wagon no.37805931550-7 of the freight train no.58381 (belonging to the rail operator Train Europe).

It was decided to open an investigation into the railway incident that occurred on 02.04.2025, at 00:27, within the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Craiova, Piatra Olt - Pitesti (non-electrified single line), in the Fâlfani station, by the reception of the Regio passenger train no.9479 consisting of AM 974, (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC 'CFR Călători' SA), with the signal to call on line No I direct, occupied by passenger train RegioExpres No 9270 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC 'CFR Călători' SA) towed by locomotive DA 1149.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident reported on 30.01.2025 and occurred on 24.01. 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in the area of activity of the Regional Branch CF Brasov, on the Brașov - Sighișoara section (electrified double line), in the Augustin movement station, by sending the freight train 57346023 (belonging to SC Rail Cargo Carrier SRL) on a free track from the Augustin movement station to the CFR Apața station on the I line, based on the movement order issued by IDM, before the arrival of the freight train no. 66040023 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFM ,,CFR Marfă" SA) at the CFR Apața station and receipt of the arrival confirmation.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway accident that occurred on 21.04.2024, 01:35, within the area of activity of the Regional CF Timișoara Branch, Arad - Oradea section (double line, non-electrified), between the CFR Sântana and Utvinișu Nou stations, on track II, at km 9+300, during the movement of freight train no.66290-020. (belonging to the rail transport operator SC Grup Feroviar Român SA), when a fire broke out in the locomotive DA 1544 in tow.

INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the railway incident occurred on 23.12.2024, 05:45, within the radius of activity of the Regional Branch CF Constanța, on the Constanța - Medgidia traffic section, in CFR Palas station, by erroneously executing the exit route of passenger train no.1680023 (belonging to the passenger rail operator SNTFC "CFR Călători" SA) at the same time as the maneuvering route from L4 Tranzit to L1D in order to repair a pantograph train.
