S-a decis deschiderea unei investigații pentru incidentul produs la data de 19.11.2025, ora 04:40, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF Craiova între halta de mișcare Gălăteni și stația CFR Olteni, la km 71+800 pe firul I de circulație, incident manifestat prin depășirea semnalului PRX al stației CFR Olteni care ordona oprirea de către trenul de marfă nr.67323019 (aparținând OTF Rail Cargo Carrier Romania) remorcat cu locomotiva ES 109, care ulterior a ajuns din urmă și a tamponat ușor trenul de marfă nr.57312018 (aparținând OTF Rail Cargo Carrier Romania) remorcat cu locomotiva ES 070.

It was decided to open an investigation into the incident that occurred on November 19, 2025, at 4:40 a.m., within the area of activity of the Craiova Regional Branch between the Gălăteni halt and the Olteni railway station, at km 71+800 on track I, an incident manifested by the passing of the PRX signal at the Olteni railway station, which ordered freight train no. 67323019 (belonging to OTF Rail Cargo Carrier Romania) towed by locomotive ES 109, which subsequently caught up and lightly collided with freight train no. 57312018 (belonging to OTF Rail Cargo Carrier Romania) towed by locomotive ES 070.
