RAPORTUL DE INVESTIGARE pentru accidentul feroviar produs la data de 15.07.2021, ora 19:00, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionala CF București, secția de circulație București Nord - Videle (linie dublă electrificată), în stația CFR Bucureștii Noi, pe schimbătorul de cale nr.12, la km 0+550, în circulația trenului de marfă nr.83548G-1 (aparținând operatorului de transport feroviar SNTFM „CFR Marfă” SA), prin deraierea locomotivei de remorcare ED 002 de primele trei osii, în sensul de mers.

 

INVESTIGATION REPORT for the railway accident that occurred on 15.07.2021, at 19:00, within the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, Bucharest North - Videle (electrified double line), in the CFR Bucharest Noi station, on the track changer no.12, at km 0+550, in the movement of freight train no.83548G-1 (belonging to the railway operator SNTFM "CFR Marfă" SA), by derailment of the towing locomotive ED 002 from the first three axles, in the direction of travel.
