RAPORTUL DE INVESTIGARE pentru incidentul feroviar produs la data 30.05.2025, ora 19:57, pe raza de activitate a Sucursalei Regionale CF București, secția de circulație Chitila - Goleşti (linie dublă, neelectrificată), între halta de mişcare Mătăsaru şi staţia CFR Găeşti, prin lovirea inductori de cale de la semnalul prevestitor PrX și semnalul de intrare X al stației CFR Găești, de către o piesă provenită de la automotorul AM 2120 ce a circulat ca tren nr.9214 (aparținând operatorului de transport feroviar SNTFC „CFR Călători” SA).
INVESTIGATION REPORT regarding for the rail incident that occurred on 30.05. 2025, at 19:57, in the area of activity of the Bucharest CF Regional Branch, Chitila - Golești section (double line, non-electrified), between the Mătăsaru movement station and the CFR Găești station, by hitting the track inductors of the PrX predictor signal and the X input signal of the CFR Găești station, by a piece of the AM 2120 railcar that ran as train no. 9214 (belonging to the rail transport operator SNTFC “CFR Călători” SA).
